Joshua is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with! Prior to becoming a realtor, he was a home inspector and he was able to point potential problems/red flags out to me when we were touring homes, which was an enormous help when trying to decide which house to put an offer on. He is also an incredible negotiator. Prior to even putting an official offer down, he had already negotiated that the seller would pay his commission! He managed to get us approx. $40,000 in concessions and we closed in 30 days! Josh even helped schedule our electronic closing by working with our title company. It wasn’t something he was required to do but he went the extra mile and did it anyway. He made my home buying process stress free and by the end of it all, he felt like a friend.
