My fiancée and I ended up working with Josh this year to buy our first home (!!!). We are young and totally inexperienced re: home buying; Josh helped us at every step along the way and went above and beyond in guiding us through the process. Josh's experience as a home inspector was particularly invaluable as we were specifically looking for an older home with some character, but which wouldn't require too much money sunk into big structural repairs. We've ended up with a little house that we adore, and Josh managed to get us a marvelous deal on. We're very satisfied with our experience... but sad that we won't see Josh anymore!

Josh was awesome, his background in home inspections is such an asset. He’s a shoot straighter who does not pressure at all and made the experience so much easier. I would recommend him to anyone I knew who was buying a house. His customers are his top priority.

Joshua is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with! Prior to becoming a realtor, he was a home inspector and he was able to point potential problems/red flags out to me when we were touring homes, which was an enormous help when trying to decide which house to put an offer on. He is also an incredible negotiator. Prior to even putting an official offer down, he had already negotiated that the seller would pay his commission! He managed to get us approx. $40,000 in concessions and we closed in 30 days! Josh even helped schedule our electronic closing by working with our title company. It wasn’t something he was required to do but he went the extra mile and did it anyway. He made my home buying process stress free and by the end of it all, he felt like a friend. Do yourself a favor and choose Josh as your next realtor, you won’t regret it!
